Optimization of customs resources
Customs legislation provides for a range of special customs procedures that allow operators to maximize their resources in customs operations. We study the possibility and feasibility of benefiting from the special procedure most suited to each situation.
Transit
Transit procedures allow goods with a given customs status to move through a different customs territory:
- External: for non-EU goods to move within the European Union.
- Internal: for EU goods to move temporarily outside the European Union.
Temporary Admission
Allows goods to be temporarily imported into the European Union for a specific purpose, within a previously defined period (fair, exhibition, competition, etc.).
End-Use
Allows goods to be imported into the European Union without payment of customs duties, subject to use for a specific purpose.
Processing
This procedure allows goods to be processed:
- Inward: for processing / repair within the European Union of non-EU goods.
- Outward: for processing / repair outside the European Union of EU goods.
Customs Warehouse
Allows non-EU goods to be stored in an authorized space (customs warehouse), suspended from any charges.
Free Zone
Allows non-EU goods to be stored within the perimeter of the Free Zone, suspended from any charges.
